Detailed process

    Pre-treatment

    Plastic waste is crushed and controlled.

    Dissolution

    A closed-loop solvent is used to selectively dissolve the constituents of the composite

    Filtration and settling

    Insoluble substances are separated by primary filtration and contaminations by secondary filtration

    Precipitation of regenerated PVC

    The liquid PVC is now precipitating

    Drying

    The wet PVC is dried into a ready-to-use compound

Closed circuit

A multi-step recovery process regenerates the solvent:
- Evaporation step, then condensation, then separation of the aqueous phase.
- Considering the process temperatures (around 100°C), the solvent does not degrade.
